SA I Need some help plotting future character

My moon child

Quick info

* Name will change to Elluna
* Gender - female
* Age - Around 12
* She paints/carves into rocks/walls, the paint has biolumiscent properties
* Also wears said paint on her forehead, a simple symbol of the moon cycle (full moon with a half moon at each side) - She's my moon child
* Has a fascination with the moon and stars - but mostly the moon
* Works hard to gain the favor of the moon goddess (which would be Alya I guess?)
* Aspiring to be the youngest shaman-ish/spiritual rank (apprentice) ever
* Awfully dedicated to deity
* despite age
* Doesn't like horses from outside her herd (not sold to it)
* Small unicorn bab

The helping part

So I need some help with implementing her into the world of Hireath

Suggestions have been
1. Serora
2. Breim

Both have their own possibilities and I can't quite pick buuut...

First and foremost I'm at a loss on how to translate the following plot point into something that could be used for SA

* In her other life she's a magical dut, meaning she has no magic where others did all have it, making her mother have to hide that fact and telling her they were cursed by the moon god for something their ancestors did. It also led to her having very little contact with the herd itself because if it was found out she no magic, they could have been accused of treason (which is of course a bad thing). In reality there's no curse, it's just genetics, but in young vigor Ell swears she'll make it right and that she will gain the god's favor

She is a rather young character and currently the only thing she has going for her, is that fixation she has with the moon. I'm however unsure what could be her 'curse' in the SA world and how it would trigger becoming devoted to Alya.

If I can't find a way to work it in her SA history, I might just drop her. If I do find something, I'll need foster parents (or eventually her real dad) as her mother is currently unavailable to take care of her. Keep in mind she will take awhile go get in though. I have a lot of character concepts :'D

Of course they would depend on which herd she ends up in. She could end up in Serora. The merit of the herd is that Alya is their patron goddess. She could aspire to become a Mullah or if really ambitious she might secretly shadow Jack or something (the lil' stalker). In Breim she would most likely aspire to be a magi, though I don't feel like Alya's temple really fits her? The caves however are perfect as she also lived in caves in her previous life.

So yeah, all ideas are welcome.
